This month, we have four key points to cover as we continue navigating our busy season:


  1. Peak Performance: As summer unfolds, it's inspiring to see our front-of-house and back-of-house teams excel in delivering top-notch service and quality. Our collective efforts are making a noticeable impact, ensuring every guest experiences the best we have to offer right from their first impression. A round of applause to all of us!

  2. Cleanliness Priority: Cleanliness remains a non-negotiable, especially now. It’s crucial we maintain our standards by keeping our spaces pristine—wiping down tables swiftly, keeping the floors free of debris, and ensuring our seating areas are always welcoming. First impressions set the tone, and we want every visitor to feel valued from the moment they step in.

  3. Warm Welcomes: A special thank you goes out to everyone who has played a part in welcoming and training our new hires. Your positivity and enthusiasm embody our 'friends serving friends' culture vividly throughout CHIRINGA. It’s this spirit that enhances our community and workplace alike.

  4. Menu Success: Our new menu items, the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast bowl, and sandwich, have quickly become Saturday morning favorites. Their success is a testament to our dedication to innovation and quality. Plus, our enhanced mimosas and Bloody Marys are adding a special touch to our breakfast offerings.
