May is here, and as we gear up for the busy season ahead, I've got 8 key updates to ensure everything runs smoothly for us all:
Parking Update: Please remember, no parking is allowed on the property. Park in the designated tram parking lot and allow an extra 15 minutes to tram into work. Planning ahead will help you start your shift on time without any stress.
Time Off Requests: Need some time off? Make sure to submit your requests at least two weeks in advance through Sling. Keep in mind that holiday weekends are blackout days during the summer, so plan accordingly.
Shift Changes: All shift swaps or changes must be processed and accepted through Sling. This keeps everyone informed and avoids any confusion.
Staying Productive: If you find yourself with a moment of downtime, check in with a manager. There’s always something to do, and staying proactive is key to our success.
Extra Mile Mentality: Let’s all do our bit to keep our space neat and welcoming. If you see a stray napkin or an empty box, take a moment to tidy up. Your initiative makes a big difference!
2024 Meal Policy: Please review and adhere to our updated meal policy. Understanding these guidelines is crucial for maintaining our standards.
ID Checks: It's crucial to stay diligent about checking IDs. This ensures we keep things legal and safe for everyone.
Food & Beverage Quality: Focus on quality and freshness is key. Bartenders, please check the shelf lives of fresh squeeze juices regularly. Food rotation is imperative during our busy season to ensure that every dish we serve is up to our high standards.
